Joy 99.7 FM has held a free capacity building workshop for sales and marketing representatives of clients who will be exhibiting their goods and services at this year’s Joy FM Beauty and Bridal Fair.
This is the 8th edition of the fair and the capacity building workshop was to educate the marketing and sales representatives on the effective ways to promote their goods and services during the fair.
The fair is scheduled to take place at the Accra International Conference Centre between 1st and 4th of July and it is expected to attract about 120 exhibitors.
Joy FM’s Sales Manager, Max Fugah and Hitz FM’s Marketing Manager, Sidney Tehoda led the training session. They took the participants through the various ways of enhancing their businesses, customer relations, packaging and the ethics involved in business promotion.
They urged the participants to take full advantage of the fair because there are proven records of companies who have recorded positive sales during and after each Bridal Fair the station has organised.
During an interaction section, some of the participants who have participated in previous fairs testified to the positive impact the fairs have had on their businesses.
