A heartwarming testimony has emerged from a listener who had been seeking guidance and prayer support on Joy FM's Ultimate Health programme regarding conception. After facing challenges on her journey to motherhood, she reached out for advice and encouragement.
Last Thursday, she sent an update, revealing that she had to be rushed for an urgent medical intervention due to high blood pressure. Fortunately, everything turned out well, and she was able to safely deliver her babies.
In a conversation with the host of Ultimate Health, Nii Nortey Dua on Sunday recounting the experience, she shared the joyful surprise.
"I was texting her back and forth, then I asked, 'Boy or girl?' And she said, 'Both.'"
Expressing her gratitude, the new mother described the journey as challenging but rewarding.
According to her, she wasn't expecting twins since doctors thought the second fetus was more of a clot or fibroid growing with the first fetus
"It's been a real journey, a real journey," she said, filled with emotion.
She encouraged others going through similar struggles not to lose hope.
"Thank you, and I'm grateful to Him," she said, acknowledging the role of faith in her journey. "I hope every other person listening would also take a cue from this and not be discouraged. It's not easy I mean trying to conceive and nothing comes out of it, but with faith and persistence, it is possible."
