The Judgement Debts Commission resumes sitting on Monday, May 20, a statement from the commissioner's office said in Accra on Thursday.
The statement signed by George William Dove, Public Relations Officer of the commission said institutions and persons who would appear before it included the Chief Executive or representative of the Irrigation Development Authority, Nana Owusu Akyaw Prempeh II, and the Solicitor General.
The statement said members of the public who wish to testify or volunteer information were to report at the commission’s office to give their statements before Monday in order to allow the commission to schedule a date for them.
It requested members of the public who intended to testify or volunteer information but were unable to be present in person to submit memoranda.
“All such memoranda will be treated confidentially,” the statement added.
