Inflation for July was 9.46 percent, a marginal decline from the previous month’s figure of 9.52.
This is the thirteenth month in a row that inflation has dropped.
It also marks the first time the economy has recorded actual single-digit inflation in about three years.
There were disputes about whether June’s inflation of 9.52 was truly single-digit.
