Chief Executive of SIM Group of Companies Ltd, Kofi Amoako-Attah was recognized at last year’s prestigious 40 Under 40 Awards Ghana.

As the visionary behind SIM Group of Companies Ltd, Mr. Kofi Amoako Attah has driven the company’s expansion into a leading player in logistics, exports, and travel & tour services.

His focus on innovation and sustainable practices has set SIM Group of Companies apart, ensuring consistent growth and societal impact. His dedication to giving back is evident in the company’s extensive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, which include supporting orphans, widows, and funding education for underprivileged children across Ghana, Nigeria, and Kenya.
Under 35 years old, Mr. Amoako Attah has already established a remarkable career supported by a strong educational foundation. He holds an MBA in Finance, as well as a specialization in Supply Chain Finance and Logistics from a renowned U.S. university - MIT, & a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and Mathematics, which showcases his analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Mr. Amoako Attah’s career journey began with internships at Star Assurance before serving as a Finance Analyst during his National Service with Cardinal Oil Petroleum. Due to his exceptional skills and passion for finance, he transitioned to KPMG where we worked as an Audit Associate for three (3) years.
He joined Mondelez Int. (formerly Kraft Foods) in Dubai, UAE as the Finance Analyst for EEMEA, for over four (4) years, and rose in position to Plant Controller (Supply Chain) & Finance Business Partner (FBP) for West Africa. He later worked with Fidelity Bank, as the Snr Mgr. Finance Planning & Strategy (Executive Office). These experiences laid a strong foundation for his ability to lead across diverse industries and propel the SIM Group of Companies Ltd to new heights.

As an alumnus of the University of Ghana, Mr Amoako Attah’s academic foundation has played a pivotal role in shaping his entrepreneurial journey.
His commitment to excellence and innovation continues to inspire young entrepreneurs, showing that success is achievable through vision, hard work, and a passion for community development.
This recognition cements Mr. Kofi Amoako Attah status as a transformative leader, with his achievements serving as a testament to the possibilities of visionary leadership in Ghana.
