Former Ghana international Laryea Kingston has revealed he is likely to play in England or Spain next season when he returns to active football.The midfielder has been without a club since his release from Dutch Eredivisie side Vitesse Arnhem in December last year.Kingston, 30, trained with local side Hearts of Oak but the club was unable to secure his International Transfer Certificate.The former Hearts of Midlothian player wants a return to a major European league despite reports that he might sign for a club in the Gulf.”My ambition is to play in England and the Spanish La Liga so these two definitely something will happen there,” Kingston said.“At the moment, the transfer window is opened now so my agent is working hard on the clock and hopefully end of this month or first week of July something better will come up. ”He added that: “I have been working hard in the gym and everything, running on the beach sometimes to keep my fitness up.”Kingston has played for clubs in the Israeli and Russian leagues.Source: Ghanasoccernet.com
