Latex Foam has won again the International Arch of Europe Award for quality in the Gold category.
The award is in recognition of the company's continuous improvement in innovation and quality products which has positioned the company as the number one producer of foam products in Ghana and West Africa.
The International Arch of Europe Award of Business Initiative Directions is presented in recognition to companies or organizations in different countries throughout the world that further their reputation and position by implementing and promoting quality culture.
"The award recognizes and encourages the contributions of organizations to quality, continuous improvements and customer satisfaction as well as improving relations with employees, suppliers and all those associated with the company," a statement from the organizers said.
The General Manager of Latex Foam Rubber Products, Mr. Salim Nahlous, in an interview with the Daily Graphic said the award is a recognition of the company’s efforts to adhere to quality standards as stated in its mission.
“We are delighted at the recognition we have gained internationally, especially coming at a time when the industry and customers want assurance of quality foam products on the local market, Mr. Nahlous stated.
Latex Foam has been a pioneer in the foam industry with over 40 years of manufacturing top notch products that meet the specific needs of local and international customers.
Mr. Nahlous said the award has indeed confirmed the international stature of the company as its products are marketed throughout the sub-region of West Africa.
“We are positioned to deliver more quality products to our customers in the coming months as well as innovative programmes that will help deliver optimum satisfaction to our dear customers". Since its establishment, the company has won several awards both locally and internationally, confirming its status as the leading brand in the country.
Mr. Nahlous used the occasion to advise customers to look out for quality products, that have been tried and tested and which meet their specific needs.
The award will be presented to the management of Latex Foam, at the annual Gala dinner and Awards Ceremony at the InterContinental Convention Hall, Frankfurt, Germany on June 28, 2010.
Latex Foam, manufacturers of quality polyurethane Flexible Foam and Spring Mattresses was established in March 8, 1969.
