Lawyer for two suspected arsonists currently in police custody will this morning persuade an Accra Circuit Court to grant his clients bail, almost a month after their arrest.
Their arrests came after police preliminary investigations linked them to recent fire outbreaks at Katamanto and Makola Number 2 markets.
The suspects lawyer Carl Adondo, last week told the court charges levelled against his clients are bailable but his plea was turned down, after the investigator told the court he needed more time to finish his work.
Meanwhile, Ghana joins the rest of the world to mark International Criminal Justice Day.
It is a day set aside to recognise the effectiveness of the justice delivery systems across the globe.
