Lion Aluminum Company Limited has rewarded its long stayed female employees.
According to the Chairperson for the company, Charles Ashka, those who received the products are a selected few who have showed their dedication since the start of the company.

“It’s a mother’s day so we decided to award the mothers and the wives of workers who have worked with us for over 25 years.
“So we are awarding them for being the women behind the men who have taken care of the men all this time. So it’s a mother’s day presentation,” he said.
Mr Ashka, in an interview, said the company has been supporting its workers in many ways possible.
“We’ve taken care of them where medicals are concerned we pay their medical bills for them and their families as well. The usual bonus comes when they are expected so these are some of the things that we do for them. We give them loans to rent houses, pay for fees and the like."
He encouraged the staff to put in their best for the company to thrive in these challenging times.

“Let’s keep together and fight together because things are rough now. The situation in the country is very rough and we need to fight harder to achieve more and we cannot do it without the workers so we encourage the workers to work hard as we also support them and provide for them,” he added.
A benefactor of the Lion Aluminium wares, Memuna Issifu thanked the Lion Aluminum for their acts of kindness.
