Hearing was adjourned yesterday after Presiding Judge Atuguba gave the court's blessing to an agreement reached by the two parties – Counsel for petitioners, Addison and counsel for third respondent, Tsikata.
The court was adjourned to enable the witness, Dr. Bawumia to properly scrutinize a list of 25 pink sheet exhibits for cross-examination today.
The court is on a short recess to enable the judges rule on an oral application for the suspension of the auditing after the respondents identified that seven extra boxes have been added to the 24 as at Thursday when inventory was taken by the KPMG and parties involved.
