The local Black Stars squad concluded their three-game friendly duels in Kenya on Sunday with defeat to Kenya Premier League side Gor Mahia.
Ghana, preparing for the start of the African Nations Championship tournament - CHAN lost 2-1.
Ezekiel Odera and Collins Okoth scored for the hosts with Ghana's consolation coming from an own goal.
Ghana's team were without head coach Herbert Addo and five players who had joined Aduana Stars for their Caf Champions League tie against Wydad Casablanca.
The team will leave Kenya on Tuesday and head for Sudan for the second edition of competition designed by CAF for only home-based players of its member countries.
Ghana, losing finalists at the maiden event in Ivory Coast two years ago would kick off their campaign in group B against South Africa, Zimbabwe and Niger for the tournament which starts on February 4.
