French giants Olympique Marseille have responded to security concerns raised by Ghana star Andre Ayew by promising first class security to all players of the club. Andre, 21, together with his brother, Jordan Ayew suffered two robbery attacks in six months. Ayew, who was voted Marseille of player of the year last season admitted he was pondering a move away from the Stade Velodrome after the latest robbery incident which occurred in last May. But Marseille officials have announced that they have arranged for tight security for their playing squad this season after another Marseille player Vitorino Hilton suffered a robbery attack. A club statement read: “OM has decided to “take bull by the horns ” and has already taken several steps. Alongside the director of security and organization, Guy Cazadamont, sporting director Jose Anigo. As of Wednesday evening, security guards will be outside the homes of players.
