Ghana defender John Mensah could be on his way to Turkey after giants Galatasaray made an offer to sign him.Galatasaray approached French club Lyon on Thursday to sign the central defender to boost their ranks for next season. But Lyon turned down the initial 4 million Euros offer for the Ghana deputy captain saying it is not the value of the player.Galatasaray are expected to up their bid for the Ghanaian to be able to price him away.Mensah has struggled with injuries since joining Lyon in a big money move last season. He has also failed to nail a starting place in his favourite central defence which could sway Lyon to flog him off to Turkey at the right price.Source: Ghanasoccernet.com
