The mock voting underway at selected polling stations across the country is reportedly picking up slowly as a result of poor publicity.
The two-day exercise intends to test the efficiency of the biometric verification system, educate political party agents and electorates on processes they will go through before they cast their votes in the December polls.
In Accra, the exercise is taking place at the Sempe Mantse Polling station in the Ododiodoo constituency.
It is also taking place concurrently in other regions of the country.
The commission will use the outcome of the mock exercise to correct anomalies in order to have a successful election in December.
