MTN, the leading telecommunications company in Ghana has presented 60 laptops and modems to 12 corporate institutions who participated in the just ended 90 Cars in 90 Days FIFA promotion.
Each of the 12 corporate bodies received as prizes 5 Net Books and 5 fully connected 3.5G modems with data sim cards. All the corporate bodies will also enjoy GHC20.00 data per each modem/laptop per month for the next three months. The promotion which was started in April 2010 ended on the last day of the World Cup tournament.
Presenting the items to the winners, the General Manager for Consumer Marketing of MTN, Clement Ofori Asante congratulated all winners and reiterated MTN’s commitment to continuously reward its customers for their loyalty to the brand. He also stated that corporate clients form an important part of MTN’s organizational clientele and had to be given an opportunity to have a great experience.
Corporate organisations who received the prizes included Benson Oil Palm Ltd, D & Y Industries Ltd, Domod Roof Ltd., MSCA Ghana Ltd, and Chase Petroleum Primo Industries. The rest include Pasico Ghana Ltd, Nobel Mineral Resources, Ghacem Ltd. Takoradi, Embassy of Angola, Daddo Maritime Services and Techno World Ltd.
A representative from Ghacem Ltd, one of the awardees expressed appreciation on behalf of his company and their colleague recipients to MTN and urged the company not to renege in its effort to continuously honor its customers. According to him, it is only by honoring promises made that any organization can truly build a stronger relationship with its customers.
The interaction also provided an opportunity for the corporate clients to give MTN some feedback on their services.
