MTN Ghana has announced an audio conferencing facility, which will allow up to a thousand people to hold a conference call via their phones at normal rates with no extra charge.
MTN Chief Executive Officer, Michael Ikpoki announced the availability of the facility at the 2nd Quarter MTN Spoons Golf Competition at the Tema Celebrity Golf Club at Sakumono, Saturday.
He said the audio conferencing facility forms part of its Business Solutions partnership with Forums Networks and comes at a time when organizations need to cut down on operational costs.
Mr. Ikpoki added that the service can be accessed by registering online at www.forum.com.gh or by sending ‘forumgh, your name, your email address' to short code 1945 and one would be given a special access code and a special MTN number that members would use to participate in the conference.
Mr. Ikpoki also urged individuals and corporate organizations to take advantage of the MTN Vehicle Tracking Service, which enables them keep their vehicles always in sight.
Mr. Ipkoki said tracking devices to be installed on the vehicle will enable customers to get instant email/sms on speeding as well as get to know when their vehicles leave or enter specified areas.
MTN Ghana, recently adjudged Best Telecoms Operator and Best CSR Company at the Mobile World Telecoms Awards, said the company is still committed to enriching the lives of customers through exciting activities.
