A statement issued by the company says it is appalled by what it describes as unwarranted attacks and violation of rights of its staff.
Some Staff of the Multimedia Group Limited have been recently attacked in two separate incidents.
Last week, Adom FM's news editor Afia Pokua and two other journalists were allegedly brutalized by the Manager of the National Health Insurance Scheme at Ablekuma in Accra.
In a separate incident the Chief Executive of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly ordered the arrest of a reporter and TV crew of Multimedia's TV station, MultiTV.
The team had gone to film the living conditions of people of Mensah Guinea community after metropolitan authorities demolished make-shift structures housing them.
In a statement, Chief Human Resource Officer of the Group, Angelo Dadzie noted that the company will not tolerate such assaults against its staff.
The statement says any individual or entity that has a problem with the way Multimedia staff discharge their duties should instead report to the appropriate authority for action.
