Ghana's number one satellite television network, MultiTV, is set to roll out a mobile service clinic to solve the problems of its cherished subscribers.
The Mobile Service Centre train, an integral part of MultiTV's service to its customers, will see technicians of the television platform visit strategic areas in the Greater Accra region to provide technical assistance to customers.
Multi TV explained in a statement that, "as part of the change in the symbol rate, most MultiTV viewers have lost signal, thereby not enjoying the thrills on MultiTV. This community clinic [is an avenue] where individuals within a location who have problems with their Digi-boxes, including reactivation of their boxes, and any issue with their Multi TV can visit for their concerns to be redressed."
Multi TV Digi-boxes will also be sold during the Mobile Service Centre train.
The Mobile Service Centre train will kick off in Dzorwulu on April 12, 2014 and will end at Korle Bu on August 3, 2014.

Multi TV also urged customers who are having problems with their MultiTV digi-box to call 0244340415, 0244340424 and 0302211688 for assistance.
