Former First Lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings on Monday signed the Book of Condolence opened in memory of the late President John Evans Atta Mills at the State House in Accra. Mrs. Rawlings signing comes after her husband signed the Book of Condolence on Friday.
