The National Sports Council has announced procedures for media accreditation for media practitioners desiring to cover the October 10 Black Stars vs. Sudan Africa Cup of Nations qualifier at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
Deputy Public Relations Officer of the NSC, Isaac Franklin, has told Myjoyonline.com the Ohene Djan stadium in Accra and the Baba Yara stadium in Kumasi will serve as accreditation centres for southern and Northern Ghana respectively.
For journalists in Accra and nearby regions, applications will be received and processed on Monday and Tuesday, while those in Kumasi and the rest of northern Ghana will have their turn on Thursday and Friday.
Applicants are required to present letters of endorsement from their organizations authorizing them to obtain accreditation. Radio stations and newspapers can apply for no more than two persons while television stations have three.
