Brigadier General Joseph Nunoo-Mensah, National Security Advisor, on Friday urged security personnel at the Office of the President to maintain their loyalty and integrity to the State.
On behalf of President John Evans Atta Mills, he thanked them for their services and sense of duty during the past year and urged them not to rest on their oars.
Addressing a New Year get-together at the Osu Castle Gardens in Accra, the National Security Advisor, expressed appreciation for their hard work despite challenges.
Brigadier General Nunoo-Mensah assured the personnel of continuous refresher training for improved performance.
The National Security Advisor, twice Ghana's Chief of Defence Staff, called on the personnel to maintain the esprit de corps, absolutely work hard and be loyal to their commanders.
He announced that periodic durbars and interactions would be organised for frank discussions on problems affecting their performance.
