The Ghana Football Association has confirmed October 11, 2011 as the new match date for Ghana's called off international friendly with Nigeria.
Both sides were scheduled to have played a friendly on August 9 but hours before kick off, the game had to be canceled at the instance of the London Metropolitan Police following widespread unrest in certain parts of London and England.
A deal was reached today in Accra between the GFA and the match organisers.
The Vicarage Road Stadium, home of Championship side, Watford would again be the venue for the friendly fixture.
