Some unknown persons on Saturday night broke into the office of Gloria Akuffo, lead counsel of the NPP legal team that is piecing together evidence to challenge the outcome of the December 7 polls that saw the NDC’s John Mahama declared winner.
The offices of Akuffo and Associates, located on the 2nd Floor, Pyramid House, Ring Road, which is barely hundred meters away from the Nima Police Station, were ransacked and the servers connecting the offices badly damaged.
Freddie Blay, a colleague of Mrs Akuffo, told Joy News Monday it was unclear what the burglars were looking for.
He said that burglars took away nothing from the office although the place was trashed.
According to the former First Ddeputy Speaker of Parliament, the incident has been reported to the Nima Police Station.
