Orient Property Consulting, in collaboration with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), is set to host the Pan-African edition of the Real Estate Career Launch Pad on September 18–19, 2025.
This virtual event marks a significant evolution of the program from a national initiative to a continental platform aimed at preparing the next generation of professionals for the property and construction industry.
Under the theme “Green, Smart and Inclusive: Building Careers in the Future of Real Estate,” the two-day event will be held online via Zoom, with free participation for students, graduates, and young professionals.
The programme, first launched in 2024 as a Ghana-focused initiative, garnered significant interest, prompting its expansion to a continental scale for its 2025 edition. The upcoming event will feature over 17 high-profile speakers and panelists from across Africa and international institutions, providing participants with practical mentorship, exposure to global best practices, and insights into emerging opportunities.
