It will be the first and only formal organised commercial retail space in the area and will provide a strong selection of retailers across various categories including grocery stores, lifestyle and fashion outlets.
Located off the N4 Highway near the Accra-Aburi intersection, the Oyarifa Mall is being developed by Oyarifa Development and will cover over 10,000 square meters.
The mall’s Food and Beverage areas will feature a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and quick-service food concepts while the Lifestyle area will welcome retailers featuring fashion, apparel, footwear and accessories to provide customers with a strong variety of popular African and premium brands.

“The Oyarifa area is quickly growing to become one of the hotspots for real estate in Ghana. With more people living and travelling to the area, there is a need for more amenities and conveniences to cater to the needs of the community.
“We are excited to develop Oyarifa Mall as a commercial anchor that has been designed to suit its surroundings; taking advantage of the serenity and beauty of the area’s landscape and views,” says Peter Osei, the CEO and Founder of Oyarifa Development.
The Oyarifa Mall which began in March 2018 is uniquely positioned to serve the rapidly increasing middle-income residential settlements, learning centres like Ashesi University and others.
It will also serve travellers going East towards Koforidua and beyond as well as weekend health enthusiasts who use the Aburi hike as a fitness route. “The Oyarifa Mall will have something for everyone to enjoy. Considerations have been made to accommodate a variety of retail needs from large grocery chains to medium-sized food, electronics and service vendors to small kiosk businesses.
“Oyarifa Mall is a unique retail opportunity allowing retailers a unique opportunity to connect and engage within this growing community and busy thorofare,” adds Mr Osei.
