How a heap of coconut husk grew to become a mountain right in the place where executive buildings and houses are located remains a mystery.
Photojournalist David Andoh captures a location in Asylum Down in Accra. The picture demonstrates that in Accra, filth is no respecter of locations.
But even more disturbing is how we as a people respond to our environment. The warning sitting on top of the heap goes to show it is too little effort at too late a time.
Ghanaians must wake up. Local authorities can do better. This need not continue. It's an eyesore.
