Entrepreneurship has become a pivotal strength in the development of a nation and has become a key driver of economies worldwide.
Terbo Africa, an online entrepreneurship platform, has introduced an initiative to ease the stress of entrepreneurs as well as potential and aspiring entrepreneurs to network.
Terbo Africa says it is committed to bringing entrepreneurs together in a bid to increase the number of entrepreneurs in Africa.
The Terbo Africa initiative is in two parts: social networking and the e-commerce section.
Entrepreneurs can socialize and network on the social networking part of the program whiles the e-commerce section provides the space to buy and sell entrepreneurs’ products.

The platform is designed to boost the engagement of more people in entrepreneurship to reduce the unemployment rate in Ghana and Africa.
In Ghana, about 1.2 million people are reported to be unemployed according to labour survey report.
CEO and Founder of Terbo Africa, Emmanuel Amo-Bediako, is positive entrepreneurship will solve the unemployment in Africa.
“With Terbo Africa’s initiative of providing the needed platform for entrepreneurs, we believe the participation of more people in entrepreneurship journey would increase the economic stance of the country thereby reducing a section of the unemployment rate affecting this country, mother Ghana,” he said.
Emmanuel Amo-Bediako holds a degree in Physics and Masters in Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
He is passionate about entrepreneurship and believes that entrepreneurship is the next big thing in Africa.
