The Sunyani municipal police have started investigations into the mysterious death of a 24-year-old man whose relations and friends are raising questions surrounding his death.
Charles Nana Adjei was found dead in his room on Monday night at Odumase in the Sunyani West District of the Brong Ahafo Region.
Eyewitness say there was nothing to suggest a struggle but it was easy to notice blood oozing from his ears and foam around his mouth.
Municipal police commander Franklin Kramoh says until investigations are completed, they can't confirm the cause death.
The deceased who makes a living doing odd jobs is alleged to have gone out with his friends including his girlfriend but returned home alone, heavily drunk on Sunday.
His cousin (name withheld) tells Joy News he suspects the guys whom Mr Nana Adjei went drinking with to have something to do with his demise.
According to him, he was reliably informed that one of the guys they went out to drink with prevented the deceased's girlfriend from accompanying him [Mr Nana Adjei] home that Sunday night although he was heavily drunk.
Police say Mr Nana Adjei's death was only noticed on Monday evening.
