President John Dramani Mahama Saturday visited Oguaa Traditional Council, Cape Coast to formally inform them about the death of President J.E.A. Mills.According to Joy FM’s presidential correspondent, Seth Kwame Boateng, President Mahama was in tears as he broke the tragic news to the Traditional Council.The Oguaa Traditional Council was thrown into a state of mourning with the huge crowd that gathered outside the council mostly clad in red or black apparel not being able to hold their tears following demise of their son.In a solemn speech, President Mahama said that people don’t really value the asset they have until they have lost it. President Mahama asked the chiefs and people of Cape Coast to accept him as a son of the region in the stead of their departed son, Prof. J. E. A. Mills.President Mahama led a high powered government delegation which included dignitaries like Henry Martey Newmann, Chief of Staff, Joe Gidisu, Minister for Transport, Tony Aidoo, Director of Monitoring and Evaluation at the Castle among others.
