President John Dramani Mahama has urged the Black Stars to play their hearts out in Sunday afternoon's AFCON final against the Elephants of La Côte d'Ivoire.
"With determination, discipline, dedication to duty, fortitude and patriotism, you shall emerge victorious," the President said in his goodwill message to the Stars
on behalf of all Ghanaians, both home and abroad.
He said the entire nation has confidence in the ability of the senior national team to overcome their Ivorian counterparts and end the more than 30-year-old wait for the coveted trophy.
President also urged all Ghanaians to remember the team in their prayers ahead of the final match of the 2015 African Nations Cup, ongoing in Equatorial
Guinea.
