My attention has been drawn to a publication on graphic online as well as some other portals dated 29^th January, 2025 on the above caption pertaining to an alleged court proceedings against my person and some others. The publication alleged that I have been involved in tax fraud against one Mr Ababio and a warrant has been issued for my arrest.

I wish to state that I have not been engaged in any activity of that sought. In fact, I have been out of the jurisdiction attending to some personal pressing issues. The content of the said publication is highly regrettable, unfortunate and a malicious act of persons who find me as a threat to their political ambition.

I wish to emphatically state that I do not work with GRA and as such would make no such representation. It is also worth mentioning that the GRA has a portal through which all payments are made. It is therefore unfortunate that a businessman who is well vest in matters relating to tax obligations would allegedly be a complainant who would present such a case to the police in the first place.

I wish to assure my sympathizers of my desire to clear my name and also thank them for their unwavering support.
