rLG Communications, a fast growing Ghanaian ICT firm, is penetrating the mobile phone industry with the opening of a new ultra-modern showroom in Kumasi by the end of April 2011.
Chief Executive Officer, Roland Agambire, says the facility is part of a nationwide expansion drive to increase sales and capture a targeted 60% market share of the mobile phone business in Ghana.
The company will also be unveiling its locally-assembled laptop computers to potential patrons in the Ashanti region by the time the showroom is opened.
rLG recently outdoored a new corporate logo and colors as part of a strategy to compete globally.
“Over the years, we have consistently followed our strategy and rebranding ourselves to meet the core focus of what we want the brand to stand for… our focus has not changed, our energy is more electrified and this is one of the reasons why we’re opening a showroom in the central city of Ashanti Region to give them the ambiance of the new look of rLG”, Mr. Agambire told Luv FM.
According to him, the company is on a vibrant direction to improve the quality of products, redefine its focus of reaching out to consumers and expanding the scope of job creation through the mobile phone training and repairs.
“We want people to believe in the brand and also to see the kind of international standards we want to portray and place ourselves in the world of business in the Ghanaian market and beyond,” the rLG CEO stated.
