In this edition of JoyNews Roads of Peril, a documentary series examining the state of roads across the country, JoyNews' Pearl Ofori turns attention to the Medie to Kotoku road in the Ga West municipality.
Commuters on the Medie to Kotoku road are familiar with the challenges associated with plying that stretch.
At the heart of it is the Adjen Kotoku market, the onion trading hub in Greater Accra. The traders lament that customers are hesitant to visit, and the poor road is pushing up the cost of doing business.
