In 2010, Whitaker was named one of Foreign Policy's Top 100 Global Thinkers.Mr. France is the President of the Ghana Securities Industry Association and has served as a pension and investment consultant for various public and private pension funds in the United States, Uganda, South Africa and Ghana with assets under consulting of $1.7 billion.
