The Yellow-Greens presented the Ghana international to their fans on Thursday after passing a detailed medical in the city of Krasnodar.
Rabiu was bought from French Ligue 1 side Evian Thonon-Gaillard in a deal worth three million Euros and has signed a three year contract.
The 2009 FIFA U20 World Cup winner will watch his new side at the Kuban Stadium when they face Feyenoord in the Europa League play-offs.
He made 29 appearances in the French Ligue 1 last season and scored two goals.
