News reaching Myjoyonline.com indicates that contrary to earlier reports that veteran Nigerian actor, Sam Loco Efe is dead, he is alive.
The 66-year-old actor and comedian was reported dead Sunday morning in his hotel room after returning from location at Oweri in Imo State in Nigeria.
A source in Nigeria told Myjoyonline.com about an hour ago that the actor rather suffered a heart attack on location earlier Sunday and is gradually recuperating in a hospital in Owerri.
The source said the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA) has also confirmed that the veteran actor is still alive.
