Sammy Gyamfi officially assumed office as the Acting Managing Director of the Precious Minerals Marketing Company (PMMC) Monday, Jan 20, marking the beginning of a new leadership era for the state-owned enterprise.

On his first day in office, he was warmly welcomed by the management and staff of PMMC at the company’s headquarters.

In his inaugural address, he expressed his gratitude to the President for the confidence reposed in him and pledged to lead with integrity, innovation, and a renewed focus on growth and efficiency.

He emphasised his commitment to enhancing PMMC’s operations, fostering transparency in the precious minerals trade, and strengthening partnerships with stakeholders to boost the company’s contribution to the national economy.
