The Ghanaian rapper, born Michael Owusu Addo turns 33 years today, July 10.

Sarkodie's contributions to the Ghanaian music industry have earned him numerous accolades, including the Vodafone Ghana Music Award for "Artiste of the Decade". He was announced the first winner of BET's Best International Flow artist at the 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards.
In the just-ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 22nd edition, Happy Day, a song he featured Kuami Eugene on, won the Best Collaboration of the Year.
Meanwhile, the Ghanaian rapper is set to release his new album dubbed ‘No Pressure’ on July 30.
