The Sekyere East District Chief Executive has narrowly escaped impeachment after the timely intervention by the Ashanti Regional Minister.
According to sources, majority of the Assembly Members met last week and decided to kick him out of office with a vote of no confidence.
Some of the Assembly Members who spoke to Nhyira News claimed the DCE was not serving their interests.
