A week long intensive seminar on ‘Total Customer Insight’ has been held in Johannesburg South Africa. The seminar was to inculcate in the service providers good customer practices and appreciate the worth of customers. The Operations Manager of the company Miss Semenyo Safo said the seminar outside the country was also to give the staff an international exposure since there was the fervent need as a company to think global and act local.
