The Black Stars camp has been hit with some injury concerns ahead of Sunday’s 2012 Nations Cup qualifier against Swaziland in Mbabane.
The Stars will miss the services of striker Matthew Amoah after he picked up an injury.
Midfielder Kevin Prince Boateng also sustained an ankle injury in training on Tuesday but expects to regain full fitness ahead of the match.
Asamoah Gyan is expected to join his team mates in camp later Thursday to continue preparations in Johannesburg.
Michael Oti Adjei, Editor of the Kickoff Ghana who is with the Black Stars in South Africa told Joy Sports the team is yet to be informed on the extent of injury to Mathew Amoah.
Defender Samuel Inkoom insists the Swazis must not be underrated.
“We know it is not going to be easy. It is going to be tough. If we listen to the coach and encourage each other I believe we are going to beat them.
We are supposed to be focused because the game is a very big one for us.
