Stone Strong Lager, one of Accra Brewery’s flagship beer brands, has won a Gold Award for product and quality at the recently held Monde Selection Awards on May 31, in Stockholm, Sweden.This is the third consecutive year that Stone Strong Lager has won a Monde Gold, thereby confirming the endorsement of the world’s most prestigious quality awards institute. Notably, Stone is the only Ghanaian beer brand to have ever won a Monde quality award.Reputed to be the oldest and most representative organizations in the field of product quality selection in the world, Monde Selection is an independent international Institute for Quality Selections, founded in 1961 in Brussels, Belgium. The institute attracted nearly 3,000 entries from some 80 countries from every continent around the globe this year.
