Police have arrested one Patience Kabla believed to be the supplier of the fake Exeter corned Beef that was discovered on the market last Monday.She is said to have confessed to supplying ten cartons of the product to at least one Michael Kissi who was arrested earlier and arraigned before court.Acting Deputy Chief Executive in charge of food division at the Food and Drugs Board, John Odame Darkwa who confirmed the arrest told Joy News the suspect will be put before the Cocoa Affairs court this morning.She will be provisionally charged with two counts of fraud and distribution of unwholesome food which poses danger to public health and safety.Source: Joy News/Ghana
