Techiman City have decided to withdraw its injunction case against the Ghana Football Association on Wednesday.
The Techiman-based club were seeking to place an injunction on the new Ghana Premier league over claims that are unclear.
The club's owner Charles Ntim was praying on the court to freeze the Ghanaian top-flight which started at the weekend.
Court proceeding between the parities were to be heard today (Wednesday, February 15) but the Techiman have officially communicated to the court about discontinuing the case in the interest of Ghana football.
The latest decision means the second round of matches will go ahead unabated this weekend.
