With its continued focus on driving data penetration in the country, Tigo Ghana has launched the new Samsung A5, a value-for-money smart phone available now at its customer experience shops.
The new Samsung A5 has 5.0-inch 720x1280 display powered by 1.2GHz processor alongside 2GB RAM and 13 megapixel rear camera.
According to Tigo, customers will enjoy free 1GB data plus 1 month unlimited music and six months double data for purchase of Samsung A5 from its customer experience shops. This offer reflects the company’s strategy of encouraging customers to use smart phones.
Commenting on the new package, Tigo’s Head of Marketing, Jesse Agyepong, said “this phone will help our customers have access and enjoy most of our digital services – especially music.”
Mr Agyepong added that “as a digital lifestyle brand company, we will continue to partner phone manufacturers to make smart phones affordable to Ghanaians so they can enjoy high-speed internet service”.
