Medeama SC coach, Tom Strand has taken to facebook to call on the organizers of the league to improve its standard
According to the 34-year old, there must be a complete media coverage of the league which will ensure more matches are shown on television.
The Swedish was of the view that should these areas be looked at, the interest in the league will be revived which can spark an interest in potential sponsors.
On his facebook wall, he posted: “To improve the GPL standard, we need more media that show us the matches. More cameras to give all perspective. Commentators and professional analysis. This I think will bring more sponsors and big development for the GPL.”
Tom Strand led Medeama to win the 2014/2015 MTN FA Cup.
