UTRAK, a non-bank financial institution headquartered in Kumasi, was recently adjudged the Top Quality Emerging Brand in Savings and Loans at the 2015 prestigious Excellence Brand Awards organized by Premier Brands Ghana.
The selection is based on consumer assessments that borders on quality, accessibility, overall market acceptability, trust and satisfaction levels.
General Manager of UTRAK Savings and Loans Limited, Mrs. Akosua Konadu Osafo tells Luv Biz the award would spur up the company to stay above competition.
“This award is so important to us because it gives us the satisfaction that we are achieving our goals; we’re on the right track in serving our customers and the way we need to serve them,” she said.
According to her, satisfying the micro-business environment is of upmost priority for the company.
“The Award is dedicated to the customers of UTRAK whose patronage and loyalty have helped the company to be the preferred financial service provider in the communities they operate,” said Mrs. Konadu Osafo.
The company has three branches in the Ashanti region with plans for expansion to “deliver services to our customers at their doorsteps”.
