Hearts of Oak technical adviser Can Vanli has lamented the lack of experienced players in the team.
The German-Turkish trainer was shipped in to assist caretaker coach Edward Ansah in the Phobians' fight for survival in the last five matches of the 2014/15 First Capital Plus Premier League.
Hearts have so far won two and drawn one since his arrival but palpably lie 15th on the log with two matches to end the season.
The former Turkish national team backroom staffer is confident of helping the Phobians keep their Premiership status but is not impressed with the level of eexperience of the players at his disposal.
"I appreciate the players but the team needs more experienced legs looking at the club’s position on the league log but for individual skills and brilliance, they have,” he told Nhyira FM.
"We have a strong team, strong individual players but you know it’s not enough to be strong individually, we need to rather build a strong team and this will take us three years but this am trying to do it in some three months which is pressure,” he added.
Hearts must win their final games against Berekum Chelsea and WAFA to be very certain of surviving the Ghanaian top flight.
