A floating tanker vessel to collect and process crude oil from the Jubilee fields is expected to arrive in the country by May this year. The tanker termed the floating, production, storage and offloading vessel or FPSO is 93 percent complete and will be commissioned in a few weeks by the Vice President in Singapore before it sets sail for Ghana. According to Joy FM’s Israel Laryea who was among a group of journalists who visited Singapore to inspect the vessel, no words or pictures can describe the vessel.
