Kiki Banson, the former manager of singer Rebecca Acheampong, also known as Becca, has revealed that he was humbled by Becca’s mother’s appreciation.
During the Becca @10 concert, the singer’s mother took to the stage to express her gratitude to the teeming fans who patronised her daughter’s trade.
She singled out Mr Banson and paid glowing tribute to her him for contributing a great deal to the success of Becca’s career.
Reacting to the praise, Mr Banson, who many believed fell out with Becca severely told JoyNews’ MzGee, he was humbled.
“I was not there but I saw videos of it and I was humbled by it and I appreciate what she said,” he said.
Mr Banson also disclosed there is no bad blood between Becca and himself.
The artiste manager is gearing up for this year’s ‘Girl Talk’ which will have Efya serenade her audience for the last time.
“It will definitely be better. Efya has been rehearsing since last week and from what I have seen I have been blown away so it definitely going to be an improvement of last year’s,” he added.
This year’s concert is dubbed ‘Bow Out’ and is slated for December 27.
